
We usually use USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day standard) for all shipments. We offer express shipping in the U.S. and all International shipments are sent USPS Global Express to ensure a prompt Delivery!
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us via e-mail or by telephone. If we do not respond within 24 hours there must have been a problem with the e-mail sent to us because we respond very quickly. Or we did responded and your spam blocker might have bounced it back. Please contact us directly by telephone if we have not responded to receive a RMA #. Please NEVER think we are ignoring your e-mail. We value our customers and your business. We will be happy to accommodate you.
All items must be unworn, in their original packaging with the tags still attached. There are no returns or refunds on formal wear, evening wear, cocktail dresses, cosmetics, Obagi, or mink eyelashes even if the items are unopened and have not been used. If you would like to return an item please contact us via e-mail to receive a RMA number. When e-mailing, please give us a brief description as to the nature of your return. Once you have received your RMA number, please write it on the outside of the box and on a note on the inside of the package to avoid a delay in processing.
Once the item is received back, please allow us 24-48 business hours to process your return. You will receive an e-mail from us containing your merchandise credit voucher once your item has been returned and inspected. Your instructions will be provided on how you use your credit voucher in the e-mail.
Large volume wholesale or custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you would like to exchange your item for another size or color and you would like to ensure that a specific item is in stock (size, style and color) it is best to purchase the item as soon as you see that it is in stock. We can then offer you a refund once your item is returned. Otherwise all returns will receive a merchandise credit voucher only and specific sizes and colors cannot be held.

To process orders quickly, orders are placed into our systems almost immediately. Once they are, we cannot add-on or amend them. Please review your order before submitting it for accuracy. Please take this time to be sure your order is complete, to avoid any inconveniences to yourself.
ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
All orders must be paid with a credit card. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal are accepted. We also accept company, personal checks or money orders but items will not be shipped out until payment clears when checks are used.
DELIVERY
Orders are generally shipped within 24-72 hours [1-3 working days] from receipt. USPS Priority service will be used unless otherwise requested.
CANCELLATIONS
15 % service charge will apply.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Call our office within 3 days to report the damage. It is necessary for you to call the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement. All original packing materials and cartons must be retained for inspection purposes.
SHIPMENT REFUSALS
If an order is returned due to it being refused or if no one is there to accept it, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and a 25% re-stocking fee. If re-shipped, double freight charges will be imposed. No further orders will be shipped until your account is clear. Please make arrangements to accept your shipments.
RETURNS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR
A 25 % restocking fee will apply. Large volume wholesale orders canot be returned or exchanged due to ordering errors.
